2. Services: SK Studio provides virtual interior design services through our website at https://skstudio.design/. Our services include but are not limited to design consultations, concept development, space planning, material and finish selection, and project management.

3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during consultations, promptly responding to inquiries, and cooperating throughout the design process. Any delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

4. Payment and Refund Policy: Payment details, including fees and payment schedules, will be provided in your individualized service agreement. Refund policies are outlined based on the specific services selected.

5. Intellectual Property: All design concepts, drawings, and materials produced by SK Studio are the intellectual property of SK Studio. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only. Commercial use or reproduction is prohibited without written consent.

6. Confidentiality: SK Studio respects client privacy and confidentiality. Information shared during the design process will be kept confidential. We may request to showcase completed projects in our portfolio with client consent.

7. Communication: Communication will primarily occur through email and virtual meetings. Clients are responsible for regularly checking email correspondence and responding promptly.

8. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate services in writing for any reason. Fees will be charged based on work completed up to the termination date.

9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, legal proceedings in accordance with Canadian law.

10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any legal actions will be conducted in the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.

11. Amendments: SK Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
